Nofoaluma's vile taunts from Roosters fans

The only racist in this whole picture is Peter Beattie.

Disgraceful to assume it was racists because he isnt a white boy.

Look Nofo shouldn't have to cop it. It's bad form on their fans to just berate an injured player. If I was there, I would have given it straight back to them with language not allowed on this forum.

Soccer has this thick skinned approach. We don't and I don't think we want too much sledging.

Probably not racism, but not cool that a non white player just seems to be targeted.

I can understand Noffo getting quite upset when he is in a fair amount of pain with a possible long term injury and copping rubbish personal insults from some coward hiding in the crowd. There would also have been children nearby who would of also clearly heard the insults.

That actually concerns me more - whatever happened to the days of not swearing in front of women and kids - particularly the sort of language this idiot yelled.
 
I'm not questioning Nofoaluma on this , but I'm wondering why a Roosters supporter would say that …...

It just sounds like something a WT's supporter would say , if that makes sense , not in the sense that we are like that , but a Tigers fan is more likely to be frustrated with Nofoaluma ....

If a rooster supporter thinks he is that bad , why would they care , if he is that bad wouldn't it only help his team win ........

Took until these posts to address that which I have little doubt that David takes the most issue with, as that is abhorrent language in a public setting.

As for the racist part, well there seems no need for us white guys to feel insecure, as it the report contains the Penrith incident which brings that into the discussion.
 
I feel bad for Noffo and I bet if some Tigers fan yelled out something racist to Ferguson he and other Rooster fans would have a sook.

Every weekend at junior football it is shocking , and that's just from some of the kids younger than their older brothers and sisters , parents at the same games are just as bad

I think easier way of putting it , if I was to get up and tell the parents to watch their language around my 11 year old daughter at junior games I could probably guarantee I'd end up having to look after myself if that makes sense

Obviously many here do not attend Liechardt games …..the supporters there are the greatest sledges in the NRL. The language I have heard there is just as bad that Princess Nofo got glass houses!

The 24-year-old received some support from ARL commission chairman Peter Beattie who stated the NRL's stance on crowd behaviour. "The NRL will not tolerate racism of any kind under any circumstances. End of story," Beattie tweeted.

Fan abuse has been rife in the NRL after the league banned two Penrith fans for racially abusing Greg Inglis during the Souths clash with the Panthers earlier in the season.

My missus must have been at the game…..thats exactly what she says to me when I come home from the pub 3 hours later than I told her .....and she has a rolling pin in her hand as well... :roll
 
I've heard a lot worse from our own fans.
Not racism as many have already said.

Funny thing is that same fan would've been pooing himself in the last few mins. Almost got them again.

It would be funny if they did an investigation and it turned out it was a tiger supporter.
