Things like that just remind you how soft people are these days, people take no responsibility for their actions or their own safety these days, always someone else's fault when something goes wrong and litigation solves everything.

Some like this one it looks like had the auto doors operated by the guard....the older ones had the doors just stay open

Riding in between the carriages with a tiny chain with a hook between you and certain death

Putting 10c and 20c on the track for a train to run it over then spend 20 minutes looking for it

The smell on these things very distinctive I think brake pads
