Something relevant (sort of) to New Years Day:

Sly grog shop - love it..... New Year's eve piss up!
"I've got the keg, you bring the bottles and we'll fill 'em up cheap."
Word travels fast, and no mobiles. Love the grin on the tall fella at the foot of the steps - his turn soon, unless the wallopers turn up and spoil the party!!

Hey Ink
Thanks for asking. We decided to go auction. We've had two open homes with another two to go. Auction day is 26 November. The interest hasn't been bad but the market is quite subdued. There have been three second inspections and we think two of those are still interested. So it's fingers crossed for a good result on 26 November.
How did it all go Coi?

We listed the house on 2 November, exchanged on 25 November just prior to auction date and settled on 13 December. So it all happened very quickly. We didn’t quite get as much as we’d hoped but, in the end, we got a fair price in a falling market.
We’re holding off buying for a while but will be buying at Breakfast Point.
We’re alternating living with number one and number two sons. Number one has 5 acres at Arcadia and number two lives at Kellyville. It’s a bit hard living with your kids after years of them being with their own families but I reckon it’s 10 times harder for them.
Thanks again for asking Ink.

lips like your got, there will be no sharing, lol ,
Come on now, you don’t wanna share a crayon with me?
Is this why when I try to pass em around everyone says no? Here I was thinking everyone was a lightweight now ya telling me it’s coz I’m not pretty enough.
This is probably why Mrs BF loves me, she gets to share the rest with me.
