Now that we have no Benji

Im tipping him to play thats why he rested him self then we have a bye tim sheens will play impartant 2 points do u guys remember last year agiasnt roosters finals then he killed it agiasnt raiders he will play and be pumped up and get us the win for a 4 pointer with the bye

Two completely different scenarios It was bruising that locked during semis last year . This is probable medial damage I'm betting 3 weeks :bawling

Wests Tigers tweeter that it was a lower grade medial strain and that he'll need scans. "Strain" doesn't sound too bad, and he didn't exactly come off immediately, we was in the defensive line ready to make tackles for 2 sets.

Nevertheless, I'm hoping we see a bit more structure if he is gone, Benji is such an instinctive payer but as today proved, that can get you nowehere against a great defensive unit. The little kick in the 2nd half that went nowhere, countless cut out balls finding the turf. Moltz-Lui can construct sets together, I'm looking forward to it tbh, we need to prove we aren't a 1 man team to the rest of the comp.

No way he will back up in five days . The swelling won't have even gone down enough to start with if it is a medial . Possibly week after bye but more likely the week after imo (If it is a medial) 3-4 weeks for a low grade

It's only a strain, not a tear. Scans will confirm today but at this stage he's likely to miss the Bulldogs game and return after the bye.

If the Tigers can scrape a win against the Bulldogs they should have a couple of players back after the bye.

I have faith in a Lui Moltz combo… With LUI at 7\. After yeasterday I believe the arguement is sorted.
I for one would like to see our forwards going forward, A few less Brain snaps / Poor options coming from our captain!! It will make the other boys job easier....

It's hard to see any other pairing than Lui/Moltzen. If that is the case, let's hope that Lui plays a lot quicker (tired of seeing his passes get deflected because he waits a second too long to release it) and that Moltz actually takes the line on when the opportunity arises.

Oh - and that Moltz doesn't throw a panic hospital pass like the one he hit Galloway with in the first half against the Storm. We were in their 20 and it totally destroyed the momentum when the best option was a dummy, straight run and attempt at quick play the ball like the old Moltz might have done.

If Benji is out surely it will be Moltzen at half and Lui at five-eight? I remember Lui killing them in the 20s as five eight and using that huge boot of his to gain great yardage. No doubt all will be revealed on Tuesday Arvo, then again…..........

he will miss this Friday for sure in Sheenism quote its a* short turnaround* this week if its a tear its going to be 6 weeks min!!

Half right but Miller must be the halfback not moltzen.

Promote both Miller and Sironen for the week and give 'em a shot.
Give Lui and Moltz the kick up the backside they need, and give a combination that is firing and killing them in the 20s.
I think a Moltz/Lui combination would be a total disaster and also leave us without a goal kicker.

the chances of them being promoted and being the halves pairing are about a million to one.Get serious

Miller should be the 7, his passing and kicking game is better than moltzens and he kicks goals, moltzens running game might be a little stronger but I think he would be better utilized as a utility off the bench. Lui to 6 where he is probably better suited and killed it in the under 20's in that position.

Now that we have no Benji, Farah has to stand up to the plate & lead from the front & play a captains game
Its time we see the Farah of old

Quite. Farah has been a complete non factor this season and he seems to be almost immune to criticism presumably because of the injury he's supposedly carrying. If he's really not capable of anything better than the form he's been showing I'd much rather he'd just had the op - even when our playing ranks were really stretched - and missed six weeks because at the moment he's doing no more than you'd expect from a fringe first grade hooker. He's got no dynamism out of dummy half at all and his kicking game has been anonymous or worse.

Agreed, Ennis is even miles ahead atm.
