My belief is that those who aren't vaccinate are unsafe so I don't want them near my team.
How does one being unvaccinated have a bearing on the safety of the vaccinated? As we can see, the vaccinated are spreading this virus like a wild fire. Its like me saying "Kul put your sunscreen on so I dont get burnt".
The unvaccinated are more likely to spread the virus than those who are and also are more likely to spread the virus than vaccinated people.
Also unvaccinated far more likely to require hospitalisation and utilisation of stretch medical resources. *That means for every avoidable unvaccinated hospitalised case you lose a bed for a vaccinated person who requires a hospital stay for any other medical emergency.*
Do you happen to read what you type before you post ?
I'd have to say you don't.
Otherwise you'd see what an obnoxious, self righteous, arrogant piece of dirt you sound like. Your last sentence should be a cause for shame, but you wouldn't see it.
I hope someone you love doesn't need a hospital bed that's taken up by an idiot that got vaccinated and thought he was above everyone else and went from crowded venue to crowded venue. And caught the virus, despite his vax status. And then spread the virus despite his vax status.
Then ended up in hospital denying your gravely ill mother a bed.
But it's OK, you can just tell her the bloke in the bed was fully vaccinated.
No they don’t, and it doesn’t need to be true either, they just post anything that supports their choices.
The hospitals aren’t overrun with the non vaccinated, we’re supposed to be at 90 odd% aren’t we? Do the maths?
My whole family had it over Xmas, including a 3yo who had a 1 out of 10 cough and played her way through it completely oblivious and my unvaccinated wife and I who’ve had worse colds. My 75yo vaccinated and otherwise healthy parents who were a tad under the weather and required Panadol for 2 days. Then there’s my 40yo fully vaccinated overweight sibling and 2 vaccinated teenage overweight nephews who had more severe flu like symptoms for a week or so. You can probably see where this is going but I should also mention that we were all gifted the virus for Xmas via my vaccinated nephew having just returned fresh from shcoolies, so there’s also that. At this point you’re probably thinking, gee the vaccines don’t seem to be the dominant factor at play here, right? I mean they’re getting it, giving it, and SOME of them are suffering more from it? I’ll add to that that a LOT of my friends and they’re families have also been or are currently infected with the virus and their experiences seem to be the same. One of my vaccinated mates unfortunately found himself in ICU briefly over Xmas but has since thankfully recovered. At risk of sounding judgmental, he’s obese and an alcoholic.
Now here’s the thing, the same people, some unfortunate and many self inflicted, who have been ‘clogging up’ (not my words) our hospitals FOR EVER are the same people who are clogging them up now, albeit at a higher rate due to covid. ITS A HEALTH ISSUE NOT A VACCINATION ISSUE.
It’s not socially acceptable to fat shame people for ‘clogging up’ our hospital’s. But if you did the maths, obesity and its related health issues would rate far higher in our population than the unvaccinated. Correct? Why is it then that it’s the unvaccinated who are being shamed? Is it because their a minority? I mean I guess it’d be hard for 10% of the population to shame a MUCH LARGER % of the population, right ?..? I guess there’s just a lot more of us who like pointing the finger and diverting attention from themselves than those who feel it’s important to take accountability for their own health choices?
And then of course there’s just the scared who look to the majority for answers.
Ahhh people ?♂️…. not a big fan.
