Firstly, I'm not going to the game but if I was, I would definately be wearing my Tigers gear in support.
Secondly, I really don't like the mennis but I believe the dogs were the best, most consistent team all year and deserve to win.
Thirdly, get a young, no name, passionate coach and I'll be over the moon.

I may not even watch the grand final out of fear of seeing that grub Ennis lifting that NRL trophey. If I saw that, I fear I'd be scarred for life. If there is a God out there somewhere, he will NEVER let this happen.

I hear ya Chris, I'm having nightmares about this and now it looks like they are starting to come true! The thought of him being back in the media spotlight, as the premiership winning captain and hooker, thus back in the hunt for an Origin spot next year - I really don't think I can stomach it. I've never wanted the Storm to win so badly lol.

Pride?? For someone to feel proud of themselves after deliberately, knowingly and willingly CHEATING to win something….you would have to be a pretty low type of a person to get pride and satisfaction out of that IMO. The Storm are scum.

I hate the Dogs with a passion but will unfortunately be forced to cheer for them like they are WT :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

That shows the kind of backbone and desire that I can only dream my club possessed.

All of them played their guts out , and you will find that none would of known they where cheating the cap , would be a pretty risky thing to do telling players that the club was cheating the salary cap

One thing though , if we were going in cycles and the bulldogs won the comp , which club won after the Dogs did

Dogs were handed the Minor premiership on the back of a vid ref stuff up.
This would be suitable for this game as well....

I remember in 09 i was at the Dogs-Parra pre-lim and some nutcase Dogs fans was pointing at a Parra fan a couple seats down from me giving him the slit throat gesture all cos Hayne got put on report for sliding in with his knees when Bryson Goodwin scored

Absolute low lives their supporters are. Should be wiped out of the game imo

Ok, maybe not all of the team signed dodgy contracts. But there is still a core group of players in this team that most certainly did. And don't tell me the coach knew nothing about it :unamused: My God….I didn't believe people were so gullible.
They are and will forever and a day be known as cheats

You don't reckon Smith and his rorting cohorts would have suspected something suspicious when they were signing 2 different contracts that were hundreds of thousands of dollars different????? The supposed "free" boats and all of that other crap???
More than a few of the Storm players and officials knew exactly what was going on…didn't the auditors find these other shonky contracts in a back room somewhere? Separate from all of the other contracts??

Yeah I agree....it was all just a coincidence....nothing fishy there
