It also shows that they are inherently untrustworthy. Not discussing it with the guy we brought in to make our football decisions is the change of direction.
The point is that I have no confidence in the board and senior management of this club to set a direction and stick to it. A board that can't do that is a weak board.
I would like to see a professional and transparent recruitment process which is conducted based of a criteria of needs and a skills matrix.Who would you like to see on any future board of Wests Tigers?
A lot of old Balmain fans have actually endorsed that our future is out in that region. Again, enough with the whole Wests vs Balmain crap it's completely unnecessary.I'm sure this would be unpalatable to the orange men
I am a old Balmain supporter. The future is Campbelltown.Very good article by Roy Masters pointing out that change starts with the club embracing a move to Campbelltown.
It's the commonsense future.
I'm sure this would be unpalatable to the orange men, but are we after a winning future or a nostalgia trip?
What Balmain v Wests? That's your interpretation.A lot of old Balmain fans have actually endorsed that our future is out in that region. Again, enough with the whole Wests vs Balmain crap it's completely unnecessary.
Can you suggest names that you know or know of, that you feel may or will fit those criteria and skills matrix?I would like to see a professional and transparent recruitment process which is conducted based of a criteria of needs and a skills matrix.

No mate, this isn't about who I want to see in there, hense the review. It is not about getting Wests Ashfield out of the club for me.Can you suggest names that you know or know of, that you feel may or will fit those criteria and skills matrix?
I'm happy for you to start that petition. I do agree the club has done a terrible job of engaging the MacArthur region. If you petition blokes really wanted change, that'd be the petition to run with "Take the Tigers to Campbo".
The South West's kids are lost to us at the moment.
We capture their hearts and minds and we're an instant goliath

I'm not suggesting you are making this about you, but like most people with the knowledge you've attained about our club and board, you must surely have certain people in mind that you would like to see on our board. No mate, this isn't about who I want to see in there, hense the review. I can look from the outside in and say that certain things appear to be broken, but I'd prefer someone to actually find out and work towards a governance structure that has some accountability and transparency.
I feel for him as he's really trying to balance/juggle the club's internal realities, the team's issues and external perceptions. We brought Sheens in to make the big decision for the club, no one knows more about football than him. We then didn't seek his input on staffing. That is a massive change of direction, and it is not so much the Fulton appointment, but the fact they couldn't even make it 12 months into a 5 year plan.
They have stated that we are returning to the traditional home grounds, is that the next direction we will back flip on?
Its not the specific instances that are my concern, it is what those instances mean.
In your 2nd paragraph you ask the question re the board back flipping on traditional home grounds. We brought Sheens in to make the big decision for the club, no one knows more about football than him. No idea, but I don't trust them to not backflip. In your 2nd paragraph you ask the question re the board back flipping on traditional home grounds.
You've obviously put some thought into this, so what in your opinion is the most likely outcome of the back flip, if it was to happen?
That would defeat the purpose of professional recruitment process.I'm not suggesting you are making this about you, but like most people with the knowledge you've attained about our club and board, you must surely have certain people in mind that you would like to see on our board.
