True - but when some teams ie raiders decide to use reggies players it disadvantages the side who doesn't get to play them. Either play all teams in the pool or force sides to have a minimum number of NRL players in their squad. The whole format is a joke.

Not really. We're not in the same boat as Souths who got to play Canberra's NSW Cup team. Poor scheduling. There should have been 3 games per pool.

If you’re gonna play this format then for and against isn’t a fair way to break a tie breaker. A fairer way would be head-to-head like they do in the NFL. I.e. given we beat Souths then we beat them into the finals.

NRL is a joke. It's really not that hard to provide a fair comp.
