Err, Joey Leilua absolutely dominated bulldogs both times we played them last year. 3 tries in 2 games and a couple try assists.

I’m disappointed we let Momo go. He might not be the fastest player or built like Staggs or Best but he’s a high IQ centre that effortlessly sniffs out the line and knows how to score.

Sometimes it's pretty easy to tell.... there was about 6 arm grabs on Momers there. He did well to take advantage of it but really he's got no right to score like that

I like Momers and he's a good centre but the deal made sense for us. Also not looking forward to the whining about it every single week when he inevitably scores tries for a top 2 team

JC, I agree that the swap was good for us and I think Laurie is probably our best get, I just can’t cop the constant bagging of Momo. We would have been better off if we could have kept him.

JC, I agree that the swap was good for us and I think Laurie is probably our best get, I just can’t cop the constant bagging of Momo. We would have been better off if we could have kept him.

I don't think Momers deserved to be bagged by anyone, he's definitely not a plodder like some people thought on here. He's a good player who can do a job, and will always play well in a good team.

I just think letting him go for Laurie made a world of sense for us for our long term plans and people will keep brushing over that whenever Momers plays well. If Laurie continues to play well the deal was in our favour
