Meant be mates with Manu too. But doesn't even check on him after he flattened him.
It's one thing to accidentally hit someone, but to just jog off after and pretend it didn't happen is worse than the hit in my eyes. And then to step up to Manu and give him a mouth full when you can clearly see the damage you have done. GRUB

Any fine he gets is worth the payment. Something had to be said, in particular about Perenara. He is an absolute disgrace in bunker. I guarantee if you go back on every poor call made by the bunker this season, 9/10 are made by him.

Robbo is right. How can the bunker see that tackle, and Manus face and not send him off?
After the crackdown, blokes were sent off for love taps. I thought they were protecting the players?

If he got 4 weeks for Noffa hit, this is at least 6.
Especially when they take into account the injury.

Latrell shouldn't get to play until Manu can.

A fine just brings more attention to his comments, which were exactly right so I would expect no action from nrl.

Protected species. Hope he cops it. This guy is meant to be a model for kids and continuously pushes the boundaries and shows no remorse.

The Cam Munster’s of the world (and most hotheads) at least show remorse and admit they fall short in these areas, albeit after the fact, but this guy has little problem with his behaviour and shows little respect to fellow players.

The audacity to come back on and to carry on too is so immature, if I were out there for the roosters I would’ve gone full Lachie Lewis on the grub. May as well, there season is done

Wonder what defence they'll use mental health,covid lock down, racism or he's just a thug and deserves what ever he gets.This is the perfect example where a deliberate act deserves the heaviest penalty available especially where it has ended another players season.

Agree. At least twice as bad as the Noffa hit he got 4 weeks for. And Noffa escaped injury, Manu not so lucky.

I play a bunch of sports and am super competitive and quite often will act out of accordance to how I know I should act in the moment, but always am quick to swallow my pride and apologise when I know I’ve carried on and feel that wave of guilt almost immediately.

Latrell Mitchell has no conscience, honestly boss baby needs to get a grip and take responsibility for his actions instead of reflecting the blame elsewhere
