I have a feeling that now that the three guys are going to Wigan (Finch Hoffman Lima) on top of Tolman to Bulldaogs an dprobably Inglis to Broncos….that will be it.

The way I understand it, if these new clubs are paying the players less than what they are currently getting from Melb, then the Storm still has to pay them the difference and it counts on their cap. So while they are releasing them from the club they still mightn't be freeing up as much cap space as it appears.

I don't think that applies to players going to an entirely different competition?

Correct but there are grey areas such as Dallas Johnson's pay-out (predicated on his extant contract & negotiated early release)!

That could also apply to Lima & Hoffman who are in contract for 2011 and unlikely to break contract for less money.

For some reason this pisses me off

dont like titans and there culture of buying players not bringing them through the system

and how can they fit it under they cap $500k a year and there roster seems like theres not alot left in there cap anyway

but im sure they will have a bullshit way to get around it
