sorry CB… i told people on here during the lote saga that lima wouldnt be coming to the tigers, one side was totally dis-interested......

I just noticed that typo too haha. I meant aren't going to chase him.

It's a shame, it would be fitting for him to return to the club where he started. Would give our team more potency in attack with this ability to bend the line and offload. He consistently draws three defenders and they still struggle to immobilise his upper body.

They said on Fox last night that with all the players that have officially gone (ie not Inglis) they have cut half of the $1.3M.

Should still be a few more on the move I expect.

The way I understand it, if these new clubs are paying the players less than what they are currently getting from Melb, then the Storm still has to pay them the difference and it counts on their cap. So while they are releasing them from the club they still mightn't be freeing up as much cap space as it appears.
