in reserve grade side when you look at what's on offer in the reserves backline can understand why AJ has been selected

Kepaoa should be nowhere near the team. Twal should not be starting lock. Liddle should be on the bench with Mbye starting at centre and Twal in the prop rotation while Joffa starts at lock with Garner starting on the edge. Would've also liked to see Amone and Simpkins given spots somewhere in the 17.

It amazes me that people can't see how poor Liddle's service has been from dummy half. His passing is so poor that our attack is on the back foot before the first receiver even gets the ball.

This is just basic stuff and it was only a matter of time before he was dropped.

I have said for a few weeks now he should be axed, just feel a bit for Jake having to debut this game

Liddle deserves to be in the 17 with Mbye at 4 and Kepoa out. Lids has made over 50 tackles both games he played 80, you can't expect anyone to do much in attack when they have to get through that much of a defensive workload

I like this team and hope Jake and AJ realise the opportunity that’s in front of them. I want to see a level of effort and desire to be 10 year NRL players. Sticking with Brooksy and Noff was bold but I’d imagine they’ll both know they’re on borrowed time.

It’s nice to see a positive spin.

So does anyone know what the NRL record is for biggest win? Souths will be licking their lips looking at our edges. Could be a very long night out there on Saturday.

Hopefully Souths don't win the toss and decide to bat. It could be a really long day in the field chasing leather (or whatever the footballs are made of now).

We can always capitulate but this is just the sort of game where we might turn up and have a go. Nothing I'd love more than to upset the pride of the league.
