Oliver Clark

I’ve called him bog average from day 1 and got howled down on here

I honestly thought tonight was his best game in first grade and now everyone’s hating on him?

He’s crap

He can go work at Bunnings with Jennings

I'd like to see ETs run metres. He basically got drilled every hit up. Clark wasn't too bad and I thought he put in last night.

It’s Clark no E...

He is a bench forward who has been forced to start due to injuries he’s in the Jack abucsnnan mould

He did get the offload away that led to Hoffman’s TRY

We need better props - You cant win with Oli Clarke, ET and a struggling Mikelle backing up Aloia who is doing an amazing job. Tje reason we lost last night is down to poor refeffing and a lack of quality props. Well that and having a backline with a kid who hasnt even played reserve grade and Chris Lawrence who gasn tf been a centre for 10 yrs. Injuries have cruelled us just at the wrong time - the side we put out against Raiders would have won that by 20

He does a job although I believe we have props with more upside coming through Flegg who will get a run in the next year or two.

Outside of Aloiai our front row is very average. Not counting Twal as I think lock is his spot.

Hopefully Stefano improves this next year but he’s very young. Need another big body next year IMO.

Yes , average player at this stage, but needed for depth in the squad. We have injuries and thats why he is being picked. Doesn't make the top 17

We have better props they’re injured at the moment. Musgrove starting would’ve been way better, Twal at lock then you’ve got Eiso on the bench, Mikaele actually had a pretty good game too. Add McIntyre back to the bench and it’s a solid pack

I must have been watching a different game. Clarke rocked the opposition with his hits, made some some trysavers close to the line and created the Hoffman try. I had him as one of our best tonight.

Totally agree. I think he's slowly improving.

Making 2 extra metres per game a week. He might be at 100 metres a game in a few years

Defensively I think he is great, he stops a lot of big bodies dead in their tracks. Unfortunately his leg speed isn’t great and he just doesn’t bend the line enough. All that said we have no one else to do the job.

He only played 30 mins and did his job so there's no issues there. No errors too so he does the simple things well like playing the ball etc.
