Benji was a huge letdown tonight. His head wasn't in it and I thought he was trying to get suspended but didn't know how. I had uncharitable thoughts (ban avoidance) when he kicked on the third.

When we had a full spine (albeit two were hookers) we suddenly looked great.

In the post interview he sounded salty to me and as a club we don't need that.. He will have egg on his face soon when he misses out on a full blown retirement send off with us as no one will sign him for the same reason we are not.. He is no Cameron Smith and should retire.

I thought the same, tried to sound diplomatic, came across as salty with a few sly digs, he surely must not watch replays of our games, he over rates his form to the bejesus, and the lack of clubs lining up for his services supports this

Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if the leaks are coming via Benji or his manager, Benji never gets asked the hard questions on his form, and first time he acts like this

I've liked what Elijah Taylor has brought to the side from the bench in the last two games. He is obviously there to stiffen the defence once the prop rotation takes effect, but he has been very effective in doing it. I have much respect for him.

He's a very under appreciated member of the squad in the eyes of tigers fans. The guy always gives his all. There's a lot of upside to ET in the team.

Man, Benji does sound super salty. He said he did his job, which was apparently to give set restarts away and set up tries in the flukiest manner possible.

Watershed? With one decent play in the last three minutes of the game to put Doueihi in. Hope you are right, can’t see it myself. To me it will be a watershed when he puts in an 80 minute performance.

Ok two in 80 minutes. Still hardly a watershed game, for most of it he ran around like a lost puppy. Brandy pretty much summed him up pre-game. He just doesn’t know what he’s doing, dummy’s to no one and runs straight into defenders is his typical play these days.

We'll wait and see. Madge i reckon really played a part in Brooks' regression. I think he had this thing with Benj, maybe the kiwi team connection. You add Robbie in the mix last year, the old Robbie/Benj combo. If madgehe is truly moving forward with Brooks, he has to structure it from this game on and instruct Harry/Liddle to go with Brooks call and really have him as the game manager.

I agree he looked confused for 60 mins and did a few good plays. That level won't cut it for the next few years. Alot of work to do?
