I thought he cramped Jennings up a few times and probably should of passed a bit more

Maybe Jennings should try running straight. It's not that hard, ball carrier runs the angle, intended receivers run straight.

Tedesco played well. Qld were prepared for him in attack, NSW just too stupid to have a variation play to catch Qld over marking on Tedesco.

Attacked kicks and made good yards from the back. Qld stopped kicking too him and focused on Mansour.

Refereeing was a disgrace.

Yeah I was probably talking more that 10 minutes before half time Gary , Teddy needed to straighten when he did get on the outside of his man not continue at the hole , its a learning curve as I said SOO defence is far better than the NRL

At one stage he should of passed to Ferguson and he probably scores in the corner in the first half

Ferguson was spewing at him Again I'm not knocking Teddy , just a few times I think he thought he would get on Qld's outside when it probably wasn't on

I don't think that was on for Ferguson. Oates has not come up and committed to anyone. Odds were against Ferguson scoring, assuming he held the pass.

Teddy was good without being great , I imagine he is still trying to find out what works at NRL level may not necessarily work at SOO

Barring injury he'll be first pick next year

I think Qld were wary of his ability - they never kicked to him always to Mansour and always had 2-3 players on him rather than 1 on 1 when he is more likely to break the tackle.

Yeah but when you have 2-3 on you there are gaps elsewhere Straighten earlier and you create room for Jennings

The problem was no one straightened the attack - it was all sideways from NSW with Teddy comeing around the back - it left no room and no time to pass to the outside players. The one time where he did stuff up was off the 2o mtr tap where he could have put Moylan away - luckily he got a penalty.

Lets get to the real issue. Someone said Tedesco was limping at he end?

He got up limping from an earlier tackle where he palmed and spun back in field maybe 5-10 mins before the end of the game. Then after the break at the very end was limping badly in the background as nsw scored

Have to ask the question to all NSW supporters.
Did that feel like a win?

A win is a win - it was the most exciting game of three as there seemed to be a lot more feeling in it and a finish straight out of the past rather than one side closing it out with 10 minutes to go.

Teddy was great…. attacked the ball ....Did not pass stupid balls to his outside man when they were covered or would have been taken over the side line on a greasy surface he played smart... Blake's blow up on the edge for Teddy not passing crazy blake was covered and would have been taken over the side line

Gus thought so. He must thought it was the decider the way he was riding Tedesco home. I just wonder if that win was enough to save Loz for another yr. If so, what a costly win.

Tedesco was class.

I think even the way Qld didn't really bother testing him too much with high balls or they didn't really even kick to him at all where possible. Teddy was everywhere. To get around 260 metres when many were not even kick returns is a great effort especially in origin. He's gonna be sore for the next couple of days for sure. Great debut Teddy.. And Woodsy was also very good tonight.

I would have loved him to have scored that try. But he still made the run and helped set it up. I guess after 78 minutes and he copped a few knocks his pace would have / legs would have been hurting.

I thought the exact same … Great win for nsw , but it looks like Daley may hang on to his cushy job ?

The whole family was jumping up and down hugging and screaming. So i guess thats an indication that it felt really really good. If we werent robbed in game 1, and if Jennings didnt bomb 2 tries in game 2, then we'd all be celebrating a great blues series win. If only…..

If only it wasn't Jennings that scored the matchwinner. He is the biggest passenger in the NSW team, pretty much cost them the series with ordinary games in Origin 1 and 2, was useless for 79 minutes tonight but has just secured his spot in the team for as long as Loz is in charge. That is the only huge disappointment out of this victory, well that and the fact that Cammy Smith wasn't punched into next week by somebody. Yippee yi yi yippee

That was never on for Fergsuon, he would've received a ball under pressure with his opposite number pushing up on him. His reaction was ridiculous. Teddy just wasn't getting the ball with enough depth because the inside men for NSW were holding it up a little longer to keep the 2nd rower as a genuine option. It was either ridiculously early ball or ball that was too late and lacking in momentum.

Queensland were targeting Teddy hard and they had obviously instructed their outside backs to hold to their men so nothing was ever really on outside him. What NSW needed was someone trailing him om the inside to cut back against the heavily sliding defence. That would've created the confusion that was needed.
