Origin 2023

You are correct that Klemmer is playing well enough, but NSWRL has always been a boys club. Very political. Klemmer is not in the cool group for whatever reason.
I think Moses is a poor selection. He chokes big games. Reynolds was your man for a Brisbane game.
Young is not a bad selection. He brings X factor and is a try scorer.
Leaving Hynes out will lose NSW the series.
Apparently Latrell can’t train until Monday. Big risk.
QLD have picked a strong side that’s in form. It will be a big effort for NSW to win this game.
It is not so much that Klemmer is not considered by NSWRL, it is he that does not want to play for Fittler and has told Fittler as much.

What's the story behind this....
?

Klemmer for some reason wants to play for Sheens and in a team going nowhere has done some good output for us,

There is a little more to it but what it essentially comes down to; When he was a part of the team was receiving mixed messages from Fittler with regard to his position in the team.
Asked Fittler to just be honest with where he stands. Fittler apparently continued the mixed messages so Klemmer told him to where to go.

nsw maybe gets home tonight 24 to 22
As much as I don't like the bloke Mitchell Moses man of match
I think people doubting his selection are wrong. He's been in the top 3 halfbacks for 3 years IMO. Hynes simply doesn't have the kicking game and Reynolds/Moses were 50/50 but Freddy loves Moses so it was always going down like that.

Hynes reminds me a lot of JT though. Always in the game and extremely tough competitor. Keeps putting his body on the line, keeps getting belted but backs up for the next play. Biggest issue with Hynes though is he plays extremely flat and you'd need your entire team to be playing flat on the front root rather than the deep sweeping backline movements most teams are used to.

Luai is in for a big night.
Mitch will be blaming him for everything & giving him a spray any time an error goes down.

It's going to be amazing.
I'm sure Luai will get in his face.

Could see both of them in the bin for fighting . . . . . . each other.

I teach 6 year olds. We do my tips together. After getting 2/6 last round, we had a discussion about SOO. They said we should change our tip to Qld, and hope NSW win ...
Excellent strategy, really not much different to backing the Wests Tigers opponents each week, generally easy money to be made, but on the odd occasion that we win, you are still happy and don't mind losing your dough.

A bit torn with this one. If NSW wins, Moses will be celebrated. I do like NSW but not as much as I hate Moses. Been starting to like Billy and co too in all honesty.
Look on the bright side, if NSW get flogged there is a good chance Moses gets blamed and Freddie gets the flick.

Something positive may come out of it.
