Our Culture

The culture we have at the moment we need to change it. You look at the Roosters and the Rabbitohs and the Broncoss this year under Bennett they are all going so well…why?

the culture they have at the club! We have had a rubbish culture at the club for the last 4-5 years! First we had the boys club years 2012-2013 and now we have the youngsters club years 2014-2015... we need to bring in some walkers and let go of some talkers...Robbies mind has been on Origin for the last 3 years and the other leaders we have like Woodsy and Lawrence ect ect there young themselves!

What we need is a culture shock we need a Coach that can handle all these youngsters and use all there strengths into 1 heck of a team and work out there weaknesses slowly but surely (ala Sheens in 04-05)
Once our Culture has changed and our attitude is trying to win not not trying to lose we will be a force.... . :sign:

I'm not sure about the budget. There is a salary cap and even if there is some rorting I'm not convinced its a massive rort.

We might manage things worse and pay the wrong players too much.

Still I don't think our squad is that far off but we lack depth especially in the outside backs.
