But the forward we threw the house at was playing in the same team as the best hooker, halfback and fullback in the world. I believe Mutalino would be an astute signing and this forward pack would demolish others and would give Brooks and Austin something to work off.

There is a lot of size there and all of these players are effective, that would be a top forward pack and would love for it to run out round 1.

Agree with the pack of forwards but would have found a spot for Taupau, maybe instead of Brown. The Tigers definitely need to bolster the forward pack in order to compete with packs such as Souths etc, and give Brooks and the rest of the backline a chance to shine.

Maybe in rugby league it is a case of nice guys finish last. If you want to win sign up grubs. The NRL tends to support them irrespective of what they try to tell the public..

These 2 big boppers are what we need however we are prop heavy already. I would however prefer them instead of some of the dead weight we have. Could have used them this year when we were struggling. I would try and release a couple to get them. ( groat gone already, Buchanan was solid but not agile enough with enough leg drive and the obvious one of Blair improving but not enough) get rid of these and sign up the kiwi boys!!!!
