They were ambivalent about him leaving. They're not taking him back now.

Russell Packer caused the first try. He was dawdling back to the defensive line when he should have been at 'A' defender. It allowed Tedesco to run straight passed whoever was meant to be the B defender, who was now a very wide A defender (think it was Eisenhuth). Chooks scored a few tackles later.

Numerous times we had 3 in a tackle and then the players would return, with their backs to the play. Roosters constantly took advantage of that situation. It was not just Packer. Packer was poor, but just maybe he had a injury.
