I raised my eyebrows quite a few times mainly because the guys making this broadcast are supposed to be qualified IT/media employees of the club. Maybe we got the ninth best there, too.
I'll say it again, does anyone know for sure if any NRL club at all is doing live Q&As?
Criticism is fine, but the overboard nonsense about lack of professionalism. Avo on toast even says if you can't be perfect, don't bother. Hogwash. For all we know they might be paying these media boys $65K per year. I don't suppose Tigers are investing millions in top-end audiovisual gear, data streaming services, tech specialists etc.
Have a think about every single media and internet event you've ever been a part of and how many of those have issues. I've barely had a webex in my life where someone wasn't cutting out or dropping off the line.
I’ve been involved in many internet events and they were all better than this arvo. I’m glad you think it was up to scratch. Low bar.
Go on, say it again, again. Lol.
It's funny you say that, seeing as it didn't cost you a cent and contained no ads. So for the dollar you didn't pay, you got infinite value.
And you reckon putting on a fancy show makes one iota of difference to how they play football on the field.
I reckon I have my priorities straight. Doesn't matter to me if sound drops or internet wobbles, what matters is the quality of football that gets played during the season.
If they put on a perfect song and dance today, you'd just get folks saying "fluff fluff, why are they WASTING TIME AND MONEY on these bollocks Q&As, didn't even announce new information or key signings, should be concentrating on XYZ"
