If Galvin goes to Ron Massey cup he is able to request and, if he does so, must be granted an immediate release from his contract. Part of the new agreement negotiated by the RLPA. So if we put him in Ron Massey Cup we will get nothing in return for him other than the remaining salary cap space for this year.

Does the agreement state a top 30 player demoted below 2nd tier?
