Wakeham with a super pick up off the ground. Tigers on the attack and Laurie hangs out a lazy casual arm, ref says knock on. Pressure relieved.

Eels again on the attack. Hill with a super catch in the air, does well to stay in field of play.

HT 4-0 Parra. Doing good considering the possession and territory against us. Lots of poor, dumb play though

Hard half to judge given the possession Parra have had.
Wakeham doesn't stay involved.
Hill, Saukuru, Seyfarth and Mansfield look our most promising.

Aitasi been very quiet.

Hill has the look about him, just an athlete. Could have a future.

Jake Arthur is pretty good for a 20 year old. I think he will end up a ball playing lock like Yeo.

Lots of bad feedback on Seyf.
He seems a bit silly to me.

Laurie no better or worse than any other. Don't think he looks disinterested . I know keyboard warriors can read minds ?
Will Smith close to useless Wakeham some good and bad things
Down 0-4 with 39% possession

Not sure why all the criticism of Laurie. Made a 50 meter break, dropped one bomb but he went at it I'm traffic and dropped one pas.s where Wakeham through it behind him on the run. Think people have pre-empted hate no matter what happens. The halves have made 6 errors between them in 40 minutes

The funny bit is, this team aren't much worse to watch than their first grade counterparts.
Funny not funny....😬

HT Team Stats

Possession: 61/39 Parras way
Tackled in Opp 20: Pies 8/Parra 31
Completions: 11/18 Pies

Could be worse I guess.

Saukuru, Boyling and Hill my standouts for us thus far.

I think he has been our best forward today.

He has never been used right. He is a very good ball player and works his ass off in defence. They are his strengths. He has never been a powerful go forward man. I would love to see him used more as that middle link man and see what effect he can have before writing him off.

Laurie doesn't stand out at this level, which says something.

Hill looks okay, and safe under the high ball, I wonder if he's got the physicality for NRL though.
Junior Tupou is a better prospect.

Forwards have worked hard, in Mansfield, Boyling, Seyfarth etc.

Yeah, pretty abysmal.

Laurie is really sealing his future with performances like this.

See his pre game interview?
"Yeah haha, hopefully I can get another gig (first grade)"
I didn't see it. But can't see him getting another first grade gig on performances like this. He'll be lucky if he gets another KOE gig.
