Is Willett going to fill out or another weed?
I’ve noticed his shoulders look very broad, that is generally a sign that the body will really fill out.
I don’t think he’s overly fast, so needs to really build his upper body strength and also be extremely fit to ensure his effort plays are maximised.
Plenty of potential in him.

Despite a seaon with plenty of poor results the scenes from their dressing room celebration showed plenty of unity, plenty of passion and smiles all round even from the dumped NRL players such as Naden & Sullivan.
One win doesn’t solve too many problems, but for such a young playing group the confidence they should take from that win is priceless.

I really like this guy. He lacks a little physical presence, so I don't know how far he will go, but he works very hard, is very willing and has really nice skill with the ball.
I reckon he is more of a lock then a front rower.

How good does Johannssen look...
If would not be a hard fix to get Feledy’s defence up to scratch as his contact is decent and he is a smart switched on young player.
His main issue is being a fraction late in reading and shutting down the play when his side is caught short of numbers.
To fix this he simply needs to read the danger quicker and either learn to shut it down quicker before it becomes a problem or more importantly use his voice to ensure his side is not caught short of numbers very often.
If we don’t fix it here, he will end up at another club who does fix it and see him become a very good NRL player.
Do we bite the bullet and replace Chris Faagatu or someone else in our top 30 for 2025 with Tim Johanssen ?
Faagatu is probably the most aggressive forward we have in our entire roster, so letting him go is not ideal, but he’s managed by Isaac Moses who absolutely hates us as a club, so what are the chances of him being here in 2026 and beyond in any case ?
I would imagine Johanssen regularly standing out in a struggling team and getting more impressive as the season progresses is turning plenty of heads, so we need to lock him down.

I didn't see the game but Feledy's last NRL appearance he defended really well.
Have you seen Latu’s highlights package from a couple of seasons back when he won the Harold Matts comp with Manly ?
The combination he had with Feledy was like watching Cliff Lyons and Steve Menzies running rampant many years back.

Yea, my son showed me that well before Latu was on the radar. I think from memory he showed because he wanted me to see this kid dominate Matt's a year young.
We are too small without Stefano, if he goes and we don’t replace him with someone of a similar size we will take 10 steps backwards.
I agree Johanssen deserves a go, I would try Pole on the right edge to create a bench spot for Johanssen, although lack of having a back rower who can capably play in the centres if injuries occur is another big issue.

Should be good enough to get the job done against the Cowboys at Leichhardt providing we can also put a decent backline together.
Seyfarth is versatile enough to play prop, lock or edge, which makes him valuable off the bench.
Players such as Faagatu, Laulilli and Matamua show nothing to suggest they have the stamina or lateral movement required to play on an edge, so very different type of players.

Not really - In NSW cup it's clear Naden is the most talented player in that side and also the one who puts in the most effort. In reality he deserves to be in the nrl side over Faatape and Luke
