both centres played well. Max T is only a handful of games in open age? Herbert will do his job if needed in firsts particularly as he gets fitter.
Pack was good... Geyer, Bunty, Charlie, Sukkar classy in patches. All will hold their own in first grade on those efforts.
Hayward made a few mistakes when he came on but probably more bad luck then anything.
Attard a work in progress, does some things good, and others not so good. Very green defensively but saying that he saved a couple putting his body on the line

Herbert was great. Made some crucial tackles, made good decisions in defence and had strong carries.

Thought Max Taotua was given a lesson. He did take some good carries but was really found out defensively against Leiataua, mind you a bit of a strength and experience gap there.

Thought Javon Andrews & Jack Attard were our best. Herbert, Bunty, Geyer, Vaka Aho, Luke Jack, Murray, Sukkar & Bailey Hodges were also very strong. Jack's efforts are huge! Thought it was Aho's best game for us in Cup and great to see Hodges back as a hooker/lock utility. Haywood was ok but was targeted in defence when he was on, still held his own.

Whilst Andrews & Attard were our best, think they are still a bit below NRL standard & the more NSW Cup they can play the better.

Andrews the clear mom for Wests. An outstanding 5/8 prospect, sadly the only position we're very well stocked in. Audio had great goalkicking night too. Murray was also very good. Bunty strong. Saukuru great in attack but terrible in defence.

For what is largely a Ron Massey side they're not doing too badly. The only top 30 players were Bunty, Saukuru and Geyer
