How good is it that you can almost guarantee 2 points after every try.
He is safe under the high ball is quick enough. It makes you wonder what we could have achieved if he had not left us to go to the ESL.
Great to have him in the team.

took some of the penalty kicks and got us so many metres. how big were a couple of his bombs. what a game from him- cant fault a single thing he does.

Great player and his kicking game is phenomenal. Koro is a better winger though.

can we get him to take all the kicks from our own half?
Anyone saying Koro is a better player then Richards is kidding themselves. The little things Richards givs to the team are the difference between winning and losing.

* getting the ball back consistently off kick offs
* no mistakes, finishing off tries
* today a freakish field goal
We have won games by 3 points, 3 points and 2 points. In those games his goal kicking included kicks from the sideline. Seriously without him we lose to Parra, Sharks and Knights. Thats 4-8 instead of 7-5\. Thats a huge difference in a season. His goal kicking is absurdly good.
He could play like this easily for another 2-3 years. Whatever they are paying them he is worth double.

The other teams had him worked out in first grade after about three games. He wasn't doing any damage.
He's still the worst defender I have ever seen play first grade.
He's a good finisher no doubt, and lightning quick but that doesn't make him a first grade footballer.
I'd take Richards any day of the week.

I said elsewhere there is a big difference in where he is playing and the NRL.
In the NRL you have to defend - obviously Koro doesn't need an overall game - just leave the defence to the centre and the second rower on his side. God help us!
Rowdy has already copped heaps for trying to defend for both of them.

Koro is also playing against state cup level, Richards is not.
I don't hold it over the guy that he went to England, and maybe that is part of how he developed to the player he is, but I can't help but imagine a potentially even bigger legacy if he had never left.

Richards will almost single handedly bring us to the finals. Those close games are now being won, a top 8 finish is within reach.
We have the best kicker in the comp who happens to be defensively sound, terrific under the high ball and despite slowing down at this stage of his career can still cross the line on a regular basis. I hope he stays injury free for us!
