Due to the unknown salary cap the panthers can not get 4 players signed up. There on the max salary cap now

Viliane Kikau, sitaleki akoulia (ex tigers) and corey
Harawira are all off contract.. Id get rid of lovett, lawrence, rankin, naiaama, hunt and make a play for these three. They wont be on much. Big and mobile…

Yeh he killed it the other day.. SA (using abbr) is bigger then he was here and is going great. VK is huge. A big young prop.. Sign the 3 of them up Sir Ivan 😌😌

sione katoa. A hooker. Dont need him. Penrith has done a frigging amaxing job.All thereplayers are signed up long term. There is going to be so much talent coming out of panthers nsw cup and under 20's soon.

How can we 'get rid of Lawrence' when he has a contract for the next 2 years beyond 2017? It's unlikely any NRL club will pay his current contract money to have him, which once again means we would need to pay the bulk of his contract money. ESL? Maybe. But if he doesn't want to go, he doesn't need to. We will have Lawrence until the end of 2019 me thinks, unless he 'agrees' to move in to some other role at the club in the next year or so.
 
Hes a good bloke who is in the disavantaged position of being too slow for centres and too small for 2nd row. His defence has never been the best.

zi want him at the club still. Good club man.
 
Lawrence should and will be a one club player. We have savaged our club legends too much already. We want player loyalty but when will we show some? Lawrence has destroyed his body for this club and we want to ship him to England?

Lawrence would make an excellent utility sub. Does a job at centre, six and backrow. Covers 6 of 13 jobs.

Big falling out when couldn't make FG, wasn't being told why or what he had to work on, then was selected as a starting 6 in State Cup. Got depressed, left the club and has publicly spoken about how poorly he was treated here. Shame really as he has talent but was never given a fair go here IMO.

That's right, people saying Lawrence needs to go also need to realise unless another club wants him, we're not going to be paying him out 600k to retire early. Madness.

Totally agree, and he also renegotiated his contract down to help the club get under the cap, he deserves to be treated well and I hope he is.

Absolutely. Lawrence is the glue holding the team together. Great clubmen who, whilst not a Jason Taumalolo, always does a job for us. He is nowhere near the passenger that some seem to suggest.
