There have been far too many “he can’t survive this” moments in Justin Pascoe’s reign of losses, but he always does. Vote for a review which might finally uncover why there is a lack of accountability at our club. Whether you hated any of the below or not, don’t you wonder why he’s so bulletproof?

• Farah salary cap penalty
• Big 3 fiasco
• Matterson walks
• Aloiai walks
• Cleary walks
• Tiger town documentary
• Benji’s disrespectful farewell
• Fulton appointment
• Transit lounge of poor performing senior players e.g. Leilua’s
• Brooks million dollar contract
• Noffa’s inflated contract
• Inability to sign marquee players
• 2022 wooden spoon
• mid year NT trip at 0-5
• 0-7 the year after
• JAC released and his return butchered
• Not one halfback on the books for 2024
• Players who sign here only to get injured and not contribute (Ballin, Packer, Reynolds, Doueihi, Jet, Naden etc.)
• Anzac disrespect

Above all else, it’s never his fault. It’s an endless game of blame someone else.

The guy is an incompetent buffoon and this list is embarrassing for most leaders. Not this giggling fella…

He had a plan till Cleary threw us under the bus. Being connected to Pascoe that probably shoudve meant he went with him but now thefe is a new plan in place we have to go with it.

As for performance reviews history shows they are a waste of time. Our Brian Smith review created more problems than solutions and Canterbury having changed their board and invited Gus and so called wonder wiz kid coach Ciraldo with a huge recruitment drive are going worse. Copped 66 against a bottom of the table team at home. Probably would've copped 90 against the Cowboys who put 45 on Storm. Saints called in Gus for a review 2 years ago and they are unraveling.

There is no easy fix. We went for Munster and Moses which probably would have fixed it but they chose to stay at the incumbent clubs.

Till the Canberra rort and the point Tino took Apis head off we were improving.

It's going to take time.

We lurch from misstep to misstep, we can not stick to our own directions and plan for more than a matter of months, we literally undermine our own plans and decisions. There is a complete lack of attention to detail that has been evident for years.

I have been extremely supportive of the club and management for a long time, but I believe it is time for change.

I wouldn't like a situation where members or fans vote for the board, I do believe a situation where there are rigorous criteria around selection of board member and separation of board members between Ashfield and the Tigers would be beneficial as that would give the Wests Tigers Board someone to be accountable to.

Again these thoughts are my personal opinion.

You don't like democratically elected Boards determined by core financial stakeholders (i.e. members or shareholders for public companies)???

You prefer self-appointed dipshits like you are currently seeking to remove - with no criteria for their selection?

I prefer a Chairman who is a respected and well connected member of the business community - and not a charlatan who had to buy his way into the role by sponsoring the cheapest brand in the market!!!

I haven’t signed and I won’t as I know nothing about the board apart from grievances on here and I’m too lazy to investigate for something that I don’t think will make a difference
I’ve been around local clubs that change committee every other year. Many come in with new ideas and get tired implementing them and more often than not find the same roadblock as committee before. And when they get voted out they are happy to be relieved of responsibility.

Imo it’s the players that hold the blame at our club. They are paid to be professional sports players earn it

Where was the petition when Luke Brooks was leaving the club? If we the fans were more proactive then, we wouldn't be in this predicament. But now Brooks is gone, and with him, our hopes of success.
