I get the Zymil lactose free, gluten free milk….
I prefer it to reg milk.

A salad with grilled chicken and no dressing is gluten free.
Sounds pretty healthy to me m8
Wheat is in pretty much everything, would you be able to eat salad with grilled chicken everyday?
Many ice creams, chocolate bars etc. contain wheat
Have a look in your pantry, i assure you over 90% of the things in there contain gluten.
There are also gluten free alternatives to everything that taste the exact same.
Gluten free only helps if you are gluten intolerant…

All the food is rubbish.

They do not taste the exact same, they taste no where near the exact same. The only thing that tastes similar is the Pasta, i am gluten intolerant and i can assure you that the food is disgusting. I basically live on roasted almond bars and kettle chips.

You're finding the wrong stuff then.
I have family and friends that are gluten intolerant, so when I'm at their place we eat gluten free food. There's no way you could tell the difference.
@Patts said:I was disappointed with this news story. I thought it undermined JT publicly. If Buckets thought JT needed to relax his strict control over the team than it didn't need to play out in the media. Alternatively, if this story was just to highlight the immediate impact Buckets is having at the club then I would have hoped for more than "pizza & beer" as the first sound byte.

Enlighten me sir, what food did you eat there because i am certain that there isn't a broad range of variety at the supermarket for celliacs.
