Packer made at least 3 returns from kick offs from memory, but everyone in the team simply looks fitter than last year, particularly the forwards.

yeah a heck of a lot fitter, they didn't appear to be slowing down much at all during the game.

The completion rate is also outstanding under the weather conditions

Smart, no-nonsense football just like last week - pressure builds off the back of it.

Completions in those conditions was very impressive…

Forwards numbers are the complete reverse of last year...

Keep it up...can't remember that many missed tackles either

Matulino has returned poor results again did he only play short minutes?
Taylors game almost non existant in attack.
Benji could take the line on a bit more.
Still plenty of improvement with the ball which is great considering how we have gone in attack.

Matulino underperformed again, he is overpaid, Seumanufagai and Sue would be a bettter value!

55m from Matulino!!!
What is wrong with this guy?

He's gotta have the worst run meters stats of any front rower in the game.
If you tripped over and crawled on your hands and knees you'd make more meters than him.

So far for the money he's on he's been a bigger dud than Blair.

Did you watch the dogs v parra today? You might change your mind about sue being better value.

Missed tackles… We have rarely, if ever dominated that category against a team the size of the Warriors

People complain about Packer all the time. Last year he started the season very well for us. It wasn’t until returning from his knee injury that his from dropped off and I suspect his knee was buggered for the entire back end of the comp. Coming off the bench as a impact player is looking like a brilliant use of him this year.

Others who complain about ET are kidding themselves. His defense around the ruck is absolutely brilliant. Today he was first man into 5 straight tackles. He’s all heart. Last year he had to play 1/2 his games out of position due to our problems at 9 which was far from ideal.

The growth of Twal’s game and addition of Mikaele have been wonderful and should strengthen our front row dramatically over 2019.

We haven't had much scrambling to do this year. Much fitter and more effective in the tackle it seems. Garner, Twal, Farah and Taylor have been very good in that regard.

We've only conceded two tries in two weeks.
That's a stat if never thought we'd achieve.

Back three very good. **90% completion rate** - very impressive.

Therein lies the difference. We have never really been strong at completing our sets, it has let us down so much over the years. Glad to see a marked improvement here, hope it lasts the whole season.
