I got a bad feeling he will just skim through this with little to no punishment from copper and judge , the nrl will need to step in on this and punish this clown who could have killed people , he needs to get 12 months

It's common practice for preliminary charges to be laid while a case is being buttoned up on further charges.
That may or may not be the case here.
