Didn't Naden get caught last year with Coke after Grand Final and since it was post season he didn't get a hefty punishment?

He was hit with a feather duster.
Naden has been handed a one-month suspension. That period is backdated to the date of his provisional suspension which means he is allowed to go back to training and competition on January 1, 2021

If his club got wind of it before the media did they could of just packed him off out of the country into "rehab" immediately. Just like the experts at the Roosters did with Mitch Pearce after he was caught out putting the hard word on that chick's dog.
Cocaine Jesse Bromwich got a huge 1 or 2 game self-imposed suspension from the Storm and his sniffing offsider Proctor got 4 or so games from the Titans. Walsh is an NRL pin-up boy so they will sit on their hands until the whole thing blows over. That's how the NRL roll.

I'm not coming from some morals stance, however the game can't afford its players having anything to do with dealers who, by definition, are criminals. Criminals are not above using what they have on a professional footballer to blackmail him into match fixing. They could definitely profit by gambling on fixed games.
I don't know whether or not this has happened in the past but the potential is certainly there. A party drug it may be but the risk of serious damage to the game's integrity means, in my opinion, that they must come down hard on this.

He should have been suspended along with his coach when JT put him in the centres for 1 half of football,4 tries later.I dont blame Lovett as much as i do JT as we all knew Lovett could not defend in the centres for any length of time.
