Ofahiki Ogden done for cocaine possession overnight

I understand the boys wanting to let loose after a tough season, but how stupid are they?

What is the appeal of cocaine for people with money ? What is the appeal of drugs to begin with ? I don't touch it and never will .. but I know people who have and have had bad experiences in the end so I'm grateful I haven't encountered.
Dumped dog ..
He's off the rails.

NRL: "Hey, Mr Ogden, you're being investigated for drug offenses".

Ogden: "Ofahk"! ?

And now the player has been caught that the nrl can make an example of. NRL will be tough on drugs in this instance

I think Kiwi heavyweight boxer Joseph Parker was involved in the same thing.

I feel sorry for Manu, seemed like a likeable bloke, what a fall from grace.

Anybody see the photo of Chin doing the rounds, with what may be lines of flour, or lines of sugar perhaps, in the background?

Edit: I don't want to share it in case it is photoshopped.

Yeah they're saying it's just the screen protector bubbles or cracked screen.

Seen one angle which looks like above.
Other angle does look more suspicious but yeah, nothing to see here I think.

Agreed, this one kind of surprised me. Hard to tell what a guy is like off the field from watching him play he always seemed humble / likable.

Has also got in trouble previously for supporting gangs in NZ. Wrong friends it seems.

Already been disproven.

There’s another angle that shows it’s just a crappy phone screen.

I just cannot believe the journos are not hammering the Storm players for the drug behaviours over the last couple of days. If this were the Tigers there would be articles and articles per hour.

The advantage of being in Melbourne, even though they were in QLD, they are isolated from the Sydney press. Same as why you here crickets when its the Broncos.

You do realize the bloke hammering the Melbourne CEO was Peter Badel ...Qld reporter ...crickets from the NSW press maybe .....

WOW ...finally this was doing the rounds 18 months ago and finally made the press .....

Police have charged Tom Starling over a pub altercation, with the latest incident clouding his future and that of fellow Canberra hooker Josh Hodgson.

Starling was one of four people charged following an alleged intimidation incident over the weekend at the same venue he was involved in an incident last year. The 23-year-old was charged with threaten/cause injury to potential juror/witness and for offensive behaviour in a public place.

Sources with knowledge of the situation said the scene was attended by the same police unit that investigated Starling’s previous incident. All but one of the seven charges against Starling from the initial incident have been dropped, with the dummy half pleading not guilty to the final charge of hindering an officer.

The latest incident raises fresh questions about his career, just as he was finalising an upgraded and extended Raiders deal that would result in him remaining in the nation’s capital until the end of 2024.

Hodgson is contracted to the Raiders next year, but was tipped to join Wests Tigers after being given permission to speak to other clubs. If the price was right, Hodgson was set to shift to Concord, but the Green Machine may now opt to block the move given the cloud over Starling.

According to a police statement, Starling was one of four people refused entry to a licensed premises on the Terrigal Esplanade over the weekend due to capacity limits. It is alleged the group became agitated and threatened a security guard on several occasions before walking away from the venue.

Officers from Brisbane Water Police District attended a short time later and attempted to speak to the group before Starling and a 20-year-old woman fled on foot. The other men, aged 20 and 25, yelled and hindered police during their inquiries.

After the police launched an investigation, Starling and the other two men attended Gosford Police Station at 9am today, where they were arrested and charged. The woman attended later in the morning and was also arrested and charged.

All four were granted conditional bail to appear at Gosford Local Court on January 11, 2022.

The Raiders are expected to issue a statement on the matter on Wednesday afternoon.
