They reckon because the incident took place in October and the court case was only last week he should be allowed to play in the finals. They just make stuff up to suit themselves. As much as we all hate Paul Kent he did put the boot in to the NRL over this.

He called it deescalation, hilarious. That is no way to deescalate a situation, especially one he didn't seem to really know much about.

The silly season as far as off field dramas are concerned seems to involve drug use, drink driving and violence towards women.
In 2018, there were 21 incidents that were regarded as scandals.
During a 5 year period the most offenders (some alleged) came from Parramatta followed by the Rorters.
The least were from the Storm.
I'm wondering if a bullet proof mentality of players has anything to do with these figures or is it the club's failing to educate, discipline and monitor players behaviour.
IMO, players are losing touch with reality by selfishly putting their wants and desires ahead of other's basic rights.
