If not, how does the NRL treat the cap issue of his termination? i.e. do Saints get the money back to buy someone else?

I think you can save money by sacking Norman. Pay Lomax $200K more this year to offload the cap for next year?

Getting rid of Vaughn $800K should rectify there cap problems immediately
