Total metres = 1040

For me, one key stat, comparing high profile player:

Blair - 69 metres in attack, 34 tackles, 1 error
Fulton - 74 metres in attack, 2 tackle breaks, 38 tackles, 2 offloads, 1 error

I think its safe to say Robbie was doing his fair share of organising and as a result we lacked meters our of dummy-half… Sironen & Moltzen were simply non-existent!

Geez Woods carves out some good numbers compared to his fellow forwards... When is SOO Picked?

I think if you just look at metres you get a pretty good idea who our best players were. Farah is excluded - his other stats though are pretty good.

Woods is great - I think they have to pick him in SOO this year. Fulton deserves a run on spot in his best position. Utai should be there as well - we just need to hide him when bombs go up.

Out of interest, how many tackles did Moltzen miss before he went off?

I'd be guessing at least 5 or 6…actually does it count as a miss if you don't even get a hand on the player?

Fulton was a shining light last night he was the most creative guy on the field in attack and tackled it off like he does every week.

Moltzen missed 4 - Sironen and Thompson both missed 6 although thompsons were in the 2nd half when he moved to the centres. Lawrence missed 3 before he went off

All the info is there. Bloody Utai cops a beating on this forum, but he puts most of the team to shame. His only downfall is he's a short ass. Has heart and guts spilling out of him. The rest of the team need to take a leaf out of his book. I not saying we couldn't do better on the wing, but the stats don't lie. I would also start Fulton and have blair on the bench and Bell at lock. Much better stup I believe. Good onya Utai.

mate, i doubt you'd find one guy on this forum that wasnt off his face who would disagree with that but the problem IS that he is short. He gets picked out and out jumped. That's why he cops the hate!

I agree, Utai cops a lot more than what he should be dished out. There are other players on the field who dont pull their weight but we still see most criticism aimed at Utai.
Everyone just needs to give it their 100% and the results will speak for itself.

I agree with those saying Spence went Ok, but Liam Fulton must never be left out of the run on side if he's fit. Look at his numbers for the 60 minutes he played, they are outstanding.

The forwards are going Ok, but we are now down an entire backline of injuried players.

his organising was non existent. Hit ups one off the ruck then getting fluke kicks on tackle 5\. Stop blowing smoke. His defence however was great as always

I think he's better off the bench after the big boppers have given each other the initial beat up. start 20m then finish the game.

The strange thing is sometimes you start with a player and he doesnt have the same impact . You make him wait on the sideline for 40 mins and he gets hungry for action. Comes on and beats the living cr@p out of people. I think Thompson is better suited in that role and perhaps BMM starting.
I dont mind seeing Fulton coming in 20 mins into the game, his intensity doesnt drop off.
