Players you miss seeing in our colours

Yep, Tuiaki for me. Ellis was passed his best when he left - his body was definitely 'gone'.
And of course, as many have mentioned, it would have been brilliant to watch Dwyer continue his development.
All the rest mentioned - I think we saw their best.

Oh i miss Benji at his prime, going to the games between 2004 and 2011 was like an fun adventure every week, i never wanted to miss a game, you knew something special could happen, and usually did.

For sure. Mates of mine who had never watched NRL before would sit there watching and say "#%#%, how great was that" when watching many of his highlights for our club.
Tuiaki, Hodgo,Senter, Terry Hill and Hoppa were all great to watch also.
Shame we have never really had too many wild Blocker, Mark Geyer, Wahrea Hargreaves types who were total loose cannons….those sorta blokes always provide a few great moments of madness!

Have to agree with the Benji quote…...at his prime if you blinked you would miss his step , the only time i preferred to blink was later in his Career with his Row Z passes  .

Tuiaki , Ellis miss them greatly and can't help but lament what Simon Dwyer could of been for us .

Throw in Teddy, Rob and Woodsie in the above team we would have the team of the century.

Or maybe Joel Caine. Hang on, I see him every weekend providing options to do my money cold.

Hard to believe I was the first to mention Lote. It's like people forgot he played for us. I remember just how good he was for us before he was injured. From the minute he laced boots on for us he raised the entire club to a new level and I think we suffered losing him just about more than anyone. He lent a real level of professionalism to the entire club imo.

Really?
I thought he was next to useless.

A try with his first touch as a Tiger from memory.

I think the trouble is, Lote was broken for us when he came back from his broken arms, he played like a busted for so long after that, and we all forgot how brilliant he could be.

So much dropped ball. The opposition just knew where to hit him to make him cough it up - it almost became comical.
