I wish the best of luck with both boys, hopefully they will play abit better than when they did for Australia Under 20s last year. Balmain has been grooming AW since early teens…..& that's why he plays the way he plays, blame the panel who suggest Groat was ready for 1st grade now, for god sake let him grow, in 2 years or so he'll be ready for the pickings. They've got 5 front rowers for NSW Under 20s, what's the go there?...& there all pretty good as well.

i do not know how Groat is even a 1st grader , dont rate him at all. How you let Gibbs go for Groat is just pureley dumb. Groat is huffing and puffing after 5 minutes and gives away that many penalties.

He is outstanding for his age. He has been rushed a bit, due to the injuries in terms of his first grade

The bloke on the other side of the scrum will turn some heads, Kane Evans has origin written all over him IMO.

Congrats to both Jacob and Groat! He will be better for the run but has a way to go till he's a regular first grader. It will happen without a doubt just not yet. Leave him down in Toyota cup this year.

Come on dude - if you are going to rip into Groat at least throw in some facts.

Groat has probably given away one penalty this year. FAR FAR less than Bryce Gibbs would ever give away.
