Bob Carr ??? The government that bankrupted the country is now seeking assistance from the Premier who bankrupted the state. :crazy

*slow intermittent claps*

He must have been asleep during the 1990s… Never let facts get in the way of a rant but facts are Carr's government had surpluses for at least the last 6 years of his term as premier (the stats in the report below begin in 2000/01)

http://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/prod/parlment/publications.nsf/0/2AD704754A45EC72CA25771A000C31EC/$File/Australian%20Government%20Budgets%20BP%202%202010.pdf

"Until 2005-06 the Carr government was able both to maintain budget surpluses
and reduce the government sector net debt. In financial year 2005-06 the surplus
was just over $1 billion and government sector net debt was $1.3 billion (0.4% of
Gross State Product)."

Funny that it started just after the GST came in.

Malcolm Turnbull > Rudd

They are both the best leaders for both parties. Just proves its all politics!

I find it interesting that Bob Brown, Penny Wong, Andrew Wilkie and now Bob Carr is in federal politics.

should that read ARE in federal politics ??

Not if you are counting them as a collective - a collective of what is another question.

Well Tomcat has still not answered my question as to what he is getting at with his original post… How is it interesting exactly?

Haha wasn't my post Boss Yoss. i only thought it should have read "ARE"in federal politics instead of "IS in federal politics. Maybe i'm right maybe i'm wrong.. i just did a copy and paste from SWORDY who was the original poster page 105..Typical labor supporter cannot get the facts straight, hehe

Maybe if you used the quote function these problems wouldn't happen. But I do apologise for accusing you of being the original poster.

No I mean no. Swordy invites us to work out the link. Well I'm not playing that game. If he wants to suggest something how about he has the courage to actually say it.

I'll just keep reminding him every now and then. Haters shouldn't be allowed to get away with posting hate… I'm all for open conversation on this forum but everything has its limits.

With 7 seats undecided at the moment in Qld

LNP 71 seats
Labour 5 seats
Katter Party 3 seats
Independants 3 seats

Labour should really be able to support the Carbon Tax by carpooling to Parliament house on Monday :roll :roll :roll :roll

To any Labor supporters if you think this isn't going to resonate through Federally you are kidding yourself

You will lose all your seats in Qld bar Ruddy and that will be all she wrote
