and reckon within 12 months of Coalition in power they will flick Abbott and Turnbull will be in power
That'd be fairly hypocritical of them wouldn't it
Not the same really….
The reason people are p'd off is that we were not given the chance to punish Rudd for his sins between 07 & 10 at the voting booth. We have now again been stiffed - we cannot punish Gillard for her leadership.
Effectively, Labor is watering down democracy. There is no democracy within their party and they have projected this onto the wider community twice now.
The people would have the power to say no to Abbot in the first place and after a year he couldnt have done the damage that his 2 predecesors have, therefore no one would feel robbed by that stage.
Quick hypothetical....just say by an absolute miracle Rudd wins this election coming up. How long do you give him before the Labor party again turf him?
I don't really get how it's not the same and I think your judgement of the political scene may be a little off…
people were upset they couldn't vote against Rudd in 2010, so they voted FOR Julia?
and this time around people are upset they can't vote Julia out, yet there's been a massive rise to the ALP in the polls already?

it's not that outlandish to think that Labor could win this election

meanwhile, Tony Abbott the massive hypocrite strikes again

whoops, I accidentally booked 9000 dollars worth of travel under the wrong category. Meanwhile Peter Slipper is facing court for less than 1000 dollars worth, and Abbott called for him to resign.
It just goes to show what a horrible business politics is really (on both sides)... Abbott and Slipper were mates once, and he sold him out bigtime for his own personal gain.
