Well, it's obvious, ASIO and Todd Greenberg are in cahoots and those of you on the looney left can't cope with such shenanigans. Its all too much….......

I scratch my head when the right call the left loonies and that they are snowflakes. Show me a bigger loony and whiner than the current President. You can’t.

No, the guy in the White House is a certified moron. No question about that. The guy in Canberra is a weak opportunist and the guy before him thought he was the smartest guy in the room and he wasn't. This country is totally bereft of talent when it comes to politics. I loathe the looney left and fear the right wing nutters. My concern is people actually think Shorten is good when he hasn't an original thought unless advised by the CMFEU. For the record, I come from a long Labour background.

Therein lies the problem. If you're voting a party based on the figurehead don't bother filling your ballot out.

I don't like Shorten either but the ALP like the LNP formulate their policy, it's up to the leader to sell it. Shorten has the ALP united though (granted that's easy to do in opposition and when the government is a shambles,) and I feel their policy is significantly better than the LNP.

The LNP have had six years, and were/are a circus. Yes, the ALP was before them also, but I also believe if you can't vote a good government in, then vote a bad one out.

No I don't vote on the Leader but it has to have some impact. I totally agree with you, that this Government and the one before it has no credability and certainly doesn't deserve to be reelected either on performance or policy. The problem is ,neither does Labour. Vote Green? No chance.Independents? Have you looked at them? Sometimes a Country deserves the politicians it gets.

Depends what policy you're after I guess. I think the ALP policy is far better than the LNP alternatives.

Am I certain the ALP are going to do a splendid job? No, of course not. They are politicians and there's always self interest that often overrules community interest, especially when aspirations can be realised.

Four election cycles of heavy race-to-the-bottom politics has resulted in this.

Because I think we are headed in that direction. Our Election Advertisements are becoming as outrageous as the US.

And take a look at the two leaders tomorrow. Gladys, in my opinion is out of her depth and Daley hasn't got it either. One party has sold everything and the other party wants to cancel everything that the other mob did.

The one thing I do agree with Daley on, is Allianz Stadium. If the SCG Trust wants a new Stadium ,let them build it. Why should everybody have to pay for the Rorters, Soccer and Waratahs home games?

@Crucible I'm checking out for now man, I can't even really respond. You're wishy washy my bro. Let's put it like that, the moment I think I understand what it is you're saying or standing for is the moment where I lose you. I'll be right back later. All love here.

Agreed its about time we had a decent or better government.Labor may not be much better than what we have but they couldnt be worse.I cant recollect when we last had a good government in canberra it certainly hasnt been in the last 2-3 decades
