This was written right after the election, by a rabid leftist "news" outfit (Buzzfeed) when the left was going crazy in the streets crying about Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon being elected.

The meme was part of something else, not that of which you quoted above. When combined with other information on the same and other similar matters, I see no reason to doubt the veracity of the quote, especially so if it was words to that effect, because it forms a pattern.
It is just another part of an extremely flawed character, one that also condones gun toting rednecks draped in confederate flags and their Nazi mates.
Nobody here has actually accused him of incest, but he has spoken of his attraction to his daughter and is a sexual predator, so I would not be surprised at all if he did. I seriously doubt that many of his supporters, including yourself would be either.
The guy is an absolute cretin and yet he was elected the US President and still is after all these years. He doesn't even hide his unsavoury character behind sweet rhetoric and smiles like many other unscrupulous politicians do, yet he is still the US President. That Americans would elect and want to keep such an unsavoury person as their leader makes me question their humanity. The world is in a sad state of affairs and it's only getting worse when people, who have zero morals like Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon are allowed to reign. I fear for our kid's futures.
