We can agree on part of this, as there is little doubt that Biden has an issue and likely to be dementia, though progressive sections have and continue calling it out. I expect that he has and will further be drugged up for upcoming debates and appearances, though I also suspect Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon is the same.

Although, as I am not totally one sided, I have above praised the coalition for a mostly good package, just as I have generally for their corona virus response.
