Poll: Moltzen

I know there are enough threads already on Moltzen, but just needed a quantitative evidence of what people think of Moltzen.

I opted for option 2.
I think he has talent, IMO at 5/8, but not too sure.

He is till lacking confidence because of his knee . The club has let him go so we should be looking at our future fullback . The team will be better off if he isn't playing fullback .Think that covers everything

I think if we have Moltzen at fullback this week, it will hurt us. He looks to pass rather than run the ball back with any effort. Soward will kick to the corners and we will remain pinned down in our own 30 a lot .

I'd be interested to see how Moltz fits in at the Dragons.

Under Bennett i'd expect him to flourish, and for us to be kicking ourselves (ala Cuthbertson from the sharks)

Under Price however, well…. time will tell, however the MUST have a plan for him, considering they have signed him for 3 years.

Replacement for Hornby I reckon Underdog

I voted for hes a fullback

He'll probably be resigned by the Tigers in the future cause Sheens has a habit of resigning old players

I voted for he's a halfback. Before his injury he was great at 7.

I played against him as a kid, he was actually a 5/8\. So it's also sad from a personal level for me he's leaving, I won't be excited to see him at Terrigal pub in the summer now haha

after a stint in the ESL after his dragons tenure.

He is neither a fullback or a no7, he is natural 5/8th, good passing and running game. We have a 5/8 so for Tim its better he heads off to the Gong and starting it fresh.

This i totally agree with - his best position is 5/8 and we have the best in the game already - I hope he goes great at the dragons and wish him luck but he doesen't really fit in to the bigger stronger team we are looking for next year. I think his best position this year is utility back off the Bench

Hes a 5/8\. He goes reasonable well if you can get him running 1 on 1 with someone particularly when there slide defending as he has nice footwork which we rarely see and also has some pace.

he played well at half as benji pretty much does all the work and moltzen was just chiming in anyway. Although at half he did do a good job of switching direction of attack when we went 2 passes one way as he had a good pass. dont think hes quite the organising half but could play half at saints definetly with soward there.

not a fullback as hes not a great straight runner of the fullback and struggles to run the ball back

I can't understand why if we are letting him go that he is playing first grade for us. Especially in fullback when McKinnon is leaving at the end of the year. Shouldn't we be grooming a new fb?
I have never yelled 'run forward moltzen' so much as I did on Friday night. He infuriates me.
