Quick show of hands for those that thought we were going to wing this game after half time…Be honest, now..

I was so cranky with our defense I buckled and checked the final score when it was 22-4.

Imagine my suprise when I saw the final result!

when warriors scored their last try i thought it was game-over so i checked the score. i thought i was seeing things when i saw the final score.

at half time i thought we would blow them off the park, simply because they had everything go their way, got piggybacked out of their red zone nearly every set ,yet we exposed a weakness down one side…
with 20 to go .that all blew out the window ....top win tonight ,, it showed heaps of character....

at 12-4 (watching it on channel 9) i got frustrated and checked nrl.com and saw that we won (though didnt see the score). at 22-4 i had to check again to make sure i hadnt been mistaken, but sure enough it was one almighty comeback

I had warriors/tigers halftime/fulltime double

I was confident at halftime but when it was 22-4 I looked and saw that there was 20 minutes left. I thought that there was two things that could happen. 1 that we would get 40 put on us or 2 we would get a couple of tries and make a game of it

I took Warriors but at half time thought we were a very good chance to win.

By the 60 minute mark thought come on boys at least make it look respectable.

By games end was so happy to be wrong.

TBH i was confident up until the last try they scored. While they put on points it was all against the run of play I thought. They definitely weren't dominating us. As soon as we hit back, I thought we would win it or just miss out…... honest truth

I dont wanna sound like a hero, but even after Warriors' last try, I knew a comeback would be possible.

As I mentioned on other threads, as long as the Tigers have a correct mindset, they should win, and right from the very start, their attitude and determination showed they were their to win the game. No silly penalties or errors came out of frustration.

I'm not saying there weren't any errors or penalties, but none of them came out of frustration like they have before.

Right from the start, they were tackling hard and looking energetic.

And all this is because of the man Gareth Ellis IMO. Him and Gibbs combined.

Their presence and leadership by ACTIONS was the thing that kept motivating the players. Ellis= true MOM.

Wasn't confident at half time and wasn't confident after 60 minutes turned the radio down when Warriors scored last try . Go the stock I had to get (10 minutes later ) Thought it would be 34-4 and imagine my surprise 22 all

At half-time yes, I thought we were definiately in for a chance….when it got to 22-4 though I thought that was about it, as we weren't showing a lot.

Never thought we were gone…. I was reading the live game thread lmao. Unless the Tigers are down by 24, I will always have faith that Mr Twenty Minutes will do something to get us back into a game...

Bigdamo & golden are simply hilarious!!!

You've piqued my interest - I 'm going to have to read it. I just hope I don't reach for the razorblades with them out of empathy.
