As you can appreciate, I don't want to invest the time to write up the proposal if there is no chance of it happening. The poll is simply asking you IF you were happy with the final offered proposal then would you consider membership. As already mentioned, the basis of the proposal is that we sponsor a player as part of a WestsTigersForum group. The tickets we receive as part of this could be auctioned off along with the other perks recieved as part of this sponsorship to provide funds to charities and juniour teams alike. Again - all this will be thoroughly thought out and discussed once we have an idea that we can come up with the numbers.
The actual process would involve;
- speaking to the ATO re: our tax status
- meeting the club to thrash out the idea
- Costing up the production of membership cards (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
- Documenting a proposal for review and consideration by forum members
- Meeting with forum members and selecting positions
- Opening Bank A/C's

The process is not a simple one and would involve a combined effort on some of our behalves. However, if it is no chance of getting up, then I don't want to progress past this point.
