Twal will never play Origin.

Who cares if he plays Origin or not, just want him to run for over 120m per game and makes over 35 tackles each week for us, which he generally does.
Have a look at all the team lists for the upcoming weekend, the majority of teams lack quality depth in the front row. It looks to be one position where we have better overall quality of depth than most others.

I agree totally - if we don't see a near run on side compete in the second half then I will be concerned. Sheens is experimenting with his toy set up front but will surely want to see his run on side in contact for at least half an hour in the second half.

How small is small, small enough to not risk someone in our last trial , or small enough that it’s going to be more than just the trial they miss ? I’m mainly talking Brooks., API and Joffa here.

Usually the first half the main guys play....i doubt most if any will play 80

Yeah, not wanting to continue the Hastings lamentations, just would prefer that sort of player. I'd preferred us to have kept Liddle and tried him in that lock position considering the way this side has turned out.

At the end of the day, lock is still a defensive position. You get nothing putting Liddle in there and eventually even a half (Hastings) would have their attacking effectiveness reduced.
You never know maybe Twal may have been exceeding the 200 passes a day target.

It will be hard,but you know what,if they can stay competative and show some intestinal fortitude for the 80 minutes and play well,then I will say they have progressed under Sheens and the boys clubs coaching and are heading in the right direction as an NRL team.....if however they get 50 put on them then I will say the coaching is no better than when Madge was here....
