Definitely moving in the right direction with our pack. I think we are 1 quality backrower away from what we need. A guy like Crighton would be just the answer- leads by example, strong tough work ethic, 80 minutes of effort to lift the rest of our young guys and support the example Tamou will set.

They are still looking for 2 players, so we don’t know who they could be, I’m sure they have a plan though.

People have to stop saying we have lost Grant....he was loaned to us for 1 year,its up to Liddle and Simpkin to have learned off Grant and step up to the plate,otherwise Harry was just a fill in for us ...

I just hope Grant hasn't learnt anything from Jake to be honest.

Awesome idea but it's not going to happen. Why are those guys going to leave ? It's like being overpaid in your current job. There is no way you leave for nothing.

Most clubs lack depth, when you look at their squads.
I'm just thinkin' that it's all in the players' control.
Champion teams can beat teams of champions (just think origin!)

It's not the depth that is the problem. Our spine is going to be all over the place. AD, Brooks, Mbye and Liddle can all play great footy inconsistently. They will have their good games but over the course of a season they will struggle as well.

Our pack has two consistent quality first graders in Tamou and LL. The outside backs aren't that bad when they are on but Nofo, BJ, Roberts, Talau and AJ are all inconsistent.

There is a lot of potential in the team. If all those players have career best seasons and perform to their best we will make the 8 easily. Can the coaching staff perform miracles ?

I like the way we are building and I think things can turn around but my expectation is to watch an inconsistent footy team that will struggle next year. Then again I remember in 2005 when we weren't looking good at all.
