Overall I think has been a slightly above average performance for a trial. Forwards look decent albeit against one of the weaker packs. Fitness looks good. Edge defence still a worry. Attack needs to be more clinical but hard to judge with no Bula, Api or Luai. Backs aren’t great but Turuva will be a good addition.

May, Pole and Hunt look very good though.

Hope has annihilated da Silva in only a few mins. Taking advantage of Tals shocker, I'd be happy to have him as our 2nd/3rd choice ahead of Tal at this stage. Attack and defence very good, organising forwards too.

He's young and our future but I agree a year against men in reserves would do him wonders a little like mason. Looks heaps better this year

Tristan hope looked sharp since coming on … good last week, tds in reggies. Adzy D I have been impressed , big t looks fit . Shithouse for nado was looking solid. Latu love to see him run it more. Too many penalties we gotta fix that up.
