Problems entering ANZ-members cards

Anyone else here have problems getting into ANZ yesterday?

My card wouldnt work, the attendant jotted the number down, there had been a few before me whose cards also didnt work.

I think its to do with the reciprocal games…just another problem the club has to work on

When the gates opened about 12:45, there were heaps of Tigers fans whose card wouldn't work. At least 20-30 people got a red light on the scanner at Gate C. Some were very unimpressed to say the least. I thought I would be one of them but got a green light when I scanned.

Why also do the open the gates right when the U20s kicks off? By the time I got in and found a seat the game was already 15 minutes gone.

My sons junior club player pass worked fine , but the ticketek paper tickets the club sent ( haven't recieved membership pack yet ) didn't work …frustrating !

We had a mixture of tickets sent out, membership cards and tickets picked up at the ground all tigers members and they all worked

Got their with 15 mins till kick off. Had to collect tickets at gate b but they said they had ran out of tickets- waited for 10 mins and got my tickets.

Those tigers fans didn't think it was a home game did they?
A mate of mine did  lucky I rang him or he would have got the red light.

No problem for me with my family's member cards. I thought the seating was quite good too, up on level 4\. The sun only just got to us in the last couple minutes of the game. Glad we weren't sitting in the sun for the full game!

Mine and my mates passes worked fine but there was a family of about 10 people that couldnt get in. Because they were blocking the gates (through no fault of their own) we were late into the under 20's game and missed the first try. Don't think this would be the clubs fault but still not a good start to the season.

the 3 of us got in OK…we sat in section 406, although at half time I realised we should have been in section 401-404..Seats were great...for our home games we are in bay 131...nice and shady.....

I forgot to ask for our 5% discount when purchasing food and drinks ...will have to remember that one next time!

No trouble getting through the gates, but once we sat in seats in the Tigers bays, we had two guys approach us with tickets for reserved seats where we were sitting, even though those bays were meant to be general admission allocated to Tigers members, not reserved seating.

I had the same thing then realised I was in the wrong bay -406\. Our unreserved seats are in bays 401-404….
